Dakalo Bed and Breakfast opened it's doors in 2003 and is located in Orlando West, just next to the Nelson Mandela Museum and Bishop Tutu House. Our B&B is known for its warmth and hospitality.
Our four rooms are designed to accommodate families, singles and couples. We accommodate all ages and we serve various types of breakfast, but mainly a traditional English breakfast or Soweto-style breakfast. We will go an extra mile in preparing what our guests want and dinner can be prepared at the guest's request.
Our guests stand a better chance of exploring the historical sites in Soweto as we are centrally based next to all of the Soweto tourism attractions. Guests will find the National Museum, Memorial Square, Soweto Uprising Museum, Regina Mundi Catholic Church, Oppenheimer Tower, Walter Sisulu Square of dedication - Freedom Charter, Gold Reef City, the Apartheid Museum and a theme park.
