We are a PADI 5 star centre and therefore run all courses, including Career development and Instructors courses, at a five star level.
We offer a wide variety of Scuba Gear for sale or Scuba gear for hire as well as all the PADI scuba diving courses.
We also host Kids Scuba Birthday Parties, Discover Scuba Year-end Functions and Corporate functions for both Team Building and Conference.
Our facility is available for Scuba related Year-end Functions, Reunions, Bachelor and Bachelorette parties.

We will provide you with an experience that your kids will enjoy and never forget.
On arrival at our venue you will meet your Instructor & Facilitators.
Our Instructor will provide a short briefing on the rules of Scuba Diving and get you ready for your diving experience!

Scuba Club for Kids
The PADI Seal Team is essentially a Scuba club for kids between the ages of 8 and 12 years.
To become a Seal team member a once off payment of R1945 is required. Your child will then be given his or her gender specific Snorkelling gear, underwater disposable camera, underwater torch, missions’ logbook and Urban Dive T-shirt, and so the adventure begins.
Your child will then do 5 Aqua Missions under the supervision of our trained PADI instructors, including underwater breathing and swimming, hand signals, underwater photography, aquatic life identification and much, much more to keep them entertained both whilst having fun, and learning how to respect the underwater world.
Once your child has completed all 5 Aqua Missions he/she will then be a fully qualified official PADI Seal Team member, and receive his/her PADI Seal Team membership card.
The fun isn’t over yet though, PADI offers another 10 speciality Aqua Missions for qualified PADI Seal Team members at a slight additional fee of only R400 per Aqua Mission.
Specialities include Creature ID Specialist, Environmental Specialist, Inner Space Specialist, Navigation Specialist, Night Specialist, Safety Specialist, Search and Recovery Specialist, Skin Diver Specialist, Snapshot Specialist and Wreck Specialist. Complete them all and become a PADI Master Seal Team member.

Dive Trips
This year Urban Dive is planning to make a difference to our underwater world which we as divers have all come to love. We plan to do this by following the sharks.
Our dive trips of the year are focused on destinations where shark sightings are more than possible for those who are interested, whether the sharks are specific to a reef or common throughout the country, you name it and we’ll show it to you.
We also plan to hold many shark life speciality courses to inform divers of shark behaviour and characteristics, and hopefully emphasise the beauty of the beast instead of the danger.
Only by creating awareness can we save that which is as misunderstood as the shark. Obviously for our less experienced divers or the slightly more wary, we will have dives to destinations not renowned for their shark activity.
