The Fountains 14 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom home situated in Shelley Point, located within close proximity to Shelly Bay beach, Shelley Point Golf Club and Shelley Point Spa.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The bedroom features a sliding door which leads out onto a small patio. The second and third bedrooms contain twin beds and the guest bathroom contains a bath, a shower, a toilet and basin.
The open-plan lounge and dining area is equipped with an 8-seater dining room table and chairs, seating, a fireplace, and a TV. DStv access is available; guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, and is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, an oven and stove, a kettle, and a toaster. Linen and towels are provided, and guests also have access to braai facilities on the small outdoor patio.
